Would
you consider sponsoring a Master's course in Public Administration and
Development for a Senior member of the Gambian Civil Administration?
This is likely to be run from Birmingham University in the UK.
The Gambian authorities are not able to meet the costs of this course,
hence the only way that this person can advance his career to further
help improve things for the local people is by external support.
The course can be spread over 2 years and could be a total of up to
£11k. If you feel able to support some or all of this cost, please
